CONTINUED ONLINE NEGOTIATION

once-off
The R500 once-off engagement fee is payable only when either party wishes to make an additional counter-proposal after the first response.
Once paid, both parties may continue exchanging proposals without additional negotiation fees.
This is not a per-message or per-offer charge.
MEDIATION

Fees depend on the selected mediator’s experience and hourly rate, the complexity of the dispute and the estimated session length.
Typical range: approximately R500 to R3,000+ per party.
The applicable fee is provided before mediation is scheduled.
Settlement agreement
Choose how the agreement is funded
The fee includes preparation of the settlement agreement, review by the parties and digital signing.
OPTION 1
R1,000 per party
Each party pays their own share.
OPTION 2
R1,500 paid by the claimant
The claimant pays for the complete process on behalf of both parties.
